§ Mr. Wallasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on his talks with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar.
§ Mr. AmeryRepresentatives of the Gibraltar Government, led by the Governor and Chief Minister, held discussions between 22nd February and 6th March with my right hon. Friend the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary and the Minister for Overseas Development and 139W with myself and officials. Their main purpose was to discuss the question of British participation in a further development programme beyond 1975–76. A copy of the agreed statement issued after the talks has been placed in the Library.
