§ Mr. ChannonThe Docklands Study Report will be published on 5th March. Details of a four-month programme of public involvement in planning the future of the docklands area were announced by the Greater London Council on 28th February. No decisions have yet been taken as to the form of machinery which may be necessary to carry out the redevelopment of the area. My right hon. and learned Friend will be consulting the Greater London Council and the other local authorities concerned about this in the near future. No decisions on implementation machinery will be taken until these consultations have been completed.
