§ 41. Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether prisoners, who have been treated as political prisoners in Northern Ireland, will be asked to sew mail bags as well as losing other privileges on being transferred to a prison in Great Britain.
§ Mr. CarlislePrisoners are transferred from Northern Ireland to serve their sentence in England and Wales only at their own request and are then treated on the same footing as any other prisoner sentenced here.
