§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs who will represent the United Kingdom at the forthcoming conference on European security and co-operation; and if such representative will be empowered to express at all times the point of view of Her Majesty's Government.
§ Mr. Anthony RoyleMy right hon. Friend will be representing Her Majesty's Government at the first stage of the conference beginning in Helsinki on 3rd July. I will accompany him as his deputy.
