§ Mr. OnslowYes. The nature of the problem of aircraft noise and the steps being taken to tackle it are described in the Department's recently published booklet "Action Against Aircraft Noise: Progress Report 1973", copies of which were sent to all right hon. and hon. Members; but the study, and implementation of noise abatement measures, is a continuing process, and if the hon. Member has any suggestions to put forward, I shall be glad to consider them.
