§ Mr. Michael Cocksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will issue regular reports on the progress of the Avonmouth Bridge section of the M5 and make these reports available in leaflet form so that they may be distributed to the homes of residents in the areas of the Bristol, South constituency who are most seriously inconvenienced by summer holiday traffic congestion.
