§ Mr. Spearingasked the Prime Minister if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the names of the bodies inside and outside each Department of State which are responsible for some aspect of protection of the environment, and state which member of the Government is responsible for co-ordinating their activities.
§ The Prime MinisterVarious bodies outside and inside Government are concerned with the protection of the environment, but overall responsibility lies with the Secretary of State for the Environment.
