§ Mr. AlisonThis property is no longer considered suitable for hospital purposes. The Staffordshire County Council has expressed interest in acquiring it without specifying the intended use, which is for the council's decision. In accordance with established procedures, it will be offered at current market value to be assessed by the district valuer.
