Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Prime Minister what representations he has received against the proposed abolition of the office of Governor of Northern Ireland; and what action he took on the letter in this sense handed in at No. 10 Downing Street by Mr. Peter McLachlan, a candidate for the Northern Ireland Assembly.
