§ Mr. John DaviesThe European Commission's recent proposals, which have not yet been discussed in the Council of Ministers, are available in the Library of the House and Her Majesty's Government are considering them. Members of Parliament have, of course, the usual opportunities to raise questions or seek a debate on these proposals.
