§ 33. Mr. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a further statement on the arrangement to sell butter at a reduced price to the categories of pensioners indicated in his previous announcement.
§ Sir K. JosephRegulations implementing the arrangements were laid before Parliament on 12th June. The scheme will start on 2nd July. Beneficiaries will be entitled to two tokens a month, each valid for the purchase of half a pound of butter at 5p less than the normal price.
