§ Mr. Pardoeasked the Attorney-General on what part of the Poulson case he expects the Director of Public Prosecutions to receive a report very shortly; how many other parts of this case there are; and what are these parts.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe police will be reporting to the Director of Public Prosecutions on one part of this case within the next few days. The Director of Public Prosecutions and I will then decide whether or not to institute proceedings on matters disclosed by that report. A second report on another part of this case is expected within a month. It is not in the public interest to give more details of the investigation now in progress.
