§ Mr. Anthony GrantI understand that waste paper supplies are adequate at present although there may be difficultes in the next few months. We shall keep the situation under review, although in general this market is satisfactorily governed by commercial forces. I hope that local authorities will engage in the collection of waste paper if they are satisfied that the operation is economically viable.
