§ Mr. Cordleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if in view of 97W the resolutions passed by the conference of the National Association of Head Teachers at Folkestone on 29th May, he will now fully review the working of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969.
§ Mr. CarlisleMy right hon. Friends the Home Secretary, the Secretary of State for Social Services and the Secretary of State for Wales keep the working of the Act under review.
