§ Mr. Dudley SmithI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave to the hon. Member for Doncaster (Mr. Harold Walker) on 5th March 1973.—[Vol. 852, c. 41.] Consultations on the statutory draft of these regulations are still proceeding with the organisations concerned. Further action in the matter will be decided in the light of the outcome of these consultations, as soon as they have been completed.
