§ Mr. Darlingasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will refer the supply of graphite for electric arc furnaces, nuclear fuel elements, and chlorine production, to the Monoplies Commission for examination and report, in view of the dominant position of the Union Carbide Corporation's British subsidiary which controls more than 50 per cent. of supplies.
