§ Mr. Graham PageIt is intended that the regulations should be laid before the Summer Recess once consultations with the local authority associations and other interested organisations have been completed. In view of this time scale and the need to establish agreed specifications for sound insulation and ventilation I am not considering special interim arrangements.
