§ Mr. Gordon CampbellTeachers have had success or partial success in three cases in which the Secretary of State was defender or a co-defender in 1964, 1969 and 1973. A fourth case in 1969, in which the pursuer was successful, turned on a finding that the pursuer was not a teacher.
