asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they propose to refund the costs referred to by Mr. R. M. Yorke, Q.C., in his review of the report concerning the accident to aircraft GAVBI and GAVBD. (Civil Aircraft Accident Report 10/72) (Page 61, paragraph 137.)

THE MINISTER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO (LORD DRUMALBYN)

Having regard to the explicit recommendation in Mr. Yorke's report, the Government have decided in this particular case to reimburse the agreed legal fees and disbursements incurred by Captain Proctor and Mr. Skellon in connection with the Board appointed to review the report on the flying accident at Hamble in February, 1970.
