§ Mr. Alexander W. Lyonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) whether he will seek to amend Section 43 443W of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 to give security of tenure to the tenants of licensed premises owned by breweries who are being displaced in favour of managers;
(2) whether he will introduce legislation to give security of tenure to tenants of licensed premises owned by breweries by making the Brewers' Society Code of Practice an implied term of every tenancy agreement.
