§ Mr. St. John-StevasThe College of Librarianship, Wales, offers a first degree course in conjunction with the University College of Wales, and the Loughborough Technical College assists in the provision of a first degree course of the Loughborough University of Technology. Courses for a first degree of the CNAA in librarianship are available at the polytechnics of Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and North London. The numbers of overseas students enrolled on first degree courses in librarianship are not separately summarised for any year.
