§ 9. Mr. Croninasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what his policy will be with regard to the nationality of the forces reduced, the areas in which reductions will be made and verification procedures at the second stage of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe in Geneva on 18th September 1973.
§ Mr. AmeryForce reductions are not under discussion at the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe. They will be dealt with in separate negotiations beginning in Vienna on 30th October.
The substantive questions raised by the hon. Member are under consideration in the alliance but I cannot elaborate on them at this stage.
