§ The Prime MinisterI have appointed the hon. and learned Member for Rowley Regis and Tipton (Mr. Peter Archer) as a member of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of the right hon. Member for Fulham (Mr. Michael Stewart).
