§ Mr. Ian GilmourI have nothing to add to my reply of 6th July—[Vol. 859, 341W c. 214.]—concerning the likely publication date of Lord Donaldson's report on the financial control of catering in the Services. Lord Seebohm will be presenting the report of his Naval Welfare Committee very shortly. When we have had the opportunity to study its recommendations I shall be in a position to make a statement about its publication.
