asked the Minister of State for Defence whether he will place in the Library a copy of the recent report produced by Belfast surgeons on the effects of the use of rubber bullets.

Mr. Blaker

I assume that the hon. Member is referring to the independent report prepared last year by four surgeons in Northern Ireland. If it is published, it will be for the authors to decide what to do with it.
