§ Mr. McNamaraasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what project he has planned in his capacity as co-ordinator for the urban aid programme for the city of Kingston upon Hull.
§ Mr. LaneBetween June 1969 and November 1972 the following projects in Kingston upon Hull were approved:
Initial Cost £ Lambeth Street Junior School—adaptations for three nursery classes 6,320 Housing aid centre 10,000 Provision of nursery units at Wold, Cleeve, Wansbeck and Welton primary schools 42,000 Grant to play centre for mentally handicapped children in eastern area of city 445 Grant to play centre for mentally handicapped children in western area of city 455 Provision of nursery classes in two city schools 19,278 Extension to North Hull Community Centre 4,500 Appointment of community development officer/voluntary liaison officer 3,200 Applications under Phase 9 of the programme received from Kingston upon Hull and other towns are now under consideration.
