§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if, bearing in mind substantial discrepancies in estimates from different sources on the size of the world market for the HS 146, he will institute an independent investigation into the methods of calculation and accuracy of the forecasts being used, before coming to a conclusion on the funding of the project by Her Majesty's Government.
