§ 46. Mr. Juddasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether the Council of Ministers has yet discussed the future of the International Sugar Agreement with special reference to obligations towards Commonwealth cane sugar production, the need to expand sugar production of the cane sugar-producing countries throughout the developing world and the consequent need to restrain sugar beet production in the European Community.
§ 47. Mr. James Johnsonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement regarding the discussions with the Agriculture Ministers of the EEC countries regarding the importation of cane sugar from the Commonwealth after 1974.
