§ Mr. Doigasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now raise the age for free prescriptions from 15 years to 16 years of age following the raising of the school leaving age to 16 years.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellNo relationship is intended between the age limit for automatic exemption from prescription charges and the age of ending full-time education, and I see no reason to alter the existing arrangements.
