Mr. Greville Janner

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many of the fixed penalty notices for parking offences, imposed during the last six months for which records were available and which were cancelled on the ground of diplomatic immunity, were incurred by each foreign and commercial diplomatic mission in this country.
