Mr. Cledwyn Hughes

asked the Secretary of State for Wales how much land now remains to be acquired for the purposes of the new general hospital for Caernarvon and Anglesey at Bangor; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Peter Thomas

About half an acre remains to be acquired. Good progress is being made with the planning of the new hospital.
