§ Mr. Spriggsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will indicate the dates when the alkali inspector carried out his duties at the St. Helens Chemical Works in each of 91W the last two years and up to the latest convenient date for which records are known.
§ Mr. Eldon Griffithspursuant to his answer [OFFICAL REPORT, 13 th July 1973; Vol. 859, c. 450] , gave the following information:
