§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will specify the individual works of art pre-eminent for 109W aesthetic merit which have been accepted by the Treasury in satisfaction of estate duty under Section 34 of the Finance Act 1956 during the period between 20th June 1972 and 12th July, 1973, together with the net value in each case after allowing for exemption from estate duty and capital gains tax.
