§ Mr. Bishopasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what consideration he has given to the proposal of the Sixth Report from the Expenditure Committee on the Employment of Women 68W that with regard to women undertaking home-work and receiving supplementary benefit consideration should be given to the possibility of increasing the disregard of £2 or to basing the disregard on the number of dependants; and what action he intends to take.
§ Sir K. JosephI am still considering this recommendation of the Sixth Report of the Expenditure Committee. The Government's views on the report will be published in due course.
