§ Mr. Anthony GrantThe borough council wrote to me on 3rd May and 12th June. In my reply I drew attention to the benefits of the industrial expansion which is taking place throughout the country and which is shown by the fall in unemployment and the increase in unfilled vacancies in the borough.
