asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what response he is giving to the representation he has received from the Marine Engine Builders and, in view of the correspondence he has had with the hon. Member for Tynemouth on the subject of the subsidised competition from Harland and Wolff, if he will publish his reply in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
