asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many of his staff are fully or partly employed in conjunction with the EEC.

The EEC impinges widely on the work of my Department and a considerable number of officials are involved. Six are almost fully employed with EEC matters, but any member of the staff is liable to have to deal with such matters as part of his or her work.
