§ Mr. AmeryThe report on measures to improve political co-operation is under discussion in the framework of European political co-operation. These discussions are confidential. As my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster told my hon. Friend on 2nd July, it is expected that agreement will be reached shortly on the report and it will then be made public—[Vol. 859, c.45.]
