Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will ensure in his forthcoming legislation regarding matters connected with the Companies Act that such legislation will ensure that the Department of Trade and Industry is enabled and compelled to take action to enforce the existing legislation regarding company returns and the disclosure of information to shareholders.
