§ The Prime MinisterI had meetings with the Confederation of British Industry and with representatives of the staff side of the National Health Service Administrative and Clerical Staffs' Whitley Council. I also had talks with Mr. Barnard, the Australian Minister of Defence and Deputy Prime Minister, and was host at the summer party for members of the Parliamentary Lobby at 10 Downing Street.
