§ Mr. WhitelawHer Majesty the Queen has revoked the commission of appointment of Lord Grey of Naunton as Governor of Northern Ireland to take effect from 30th June. By virtue of Section 1 (1) of the Northern Ireland (Temporary Provisions) Act, all functions of the Governor are vested in me. Her Majesty's Lieutenants represent Her Majesty in Northern Ireland.
