JosephNone—because, although I announced in April the Government's general policy to create a network of community hospitals complementary to district general hospitals, detailed guidance will not be ready for issue to health authorities until later this year; we are in the process of consultation on it. The regional hospital board is waiting for this before submitting plans, but I understand that these will include appropriate provision for Eastleigh.
