§ Q11. Mr. Jesselasked the Prime Minister if he is satisfied with the co-ordination between the Department of Trade and Industry, the Department of the Environment, and the Department of Social Services, regarding the use made of the Noise and Number Index for measuring aircraft noise nuisance.
