asked the Lord President of the Council if he will ask the Services Committee to consider the suggestions for facilities for the general public, including shopping, a branch of Her Majesty's Stationery Office and exhibition and meeting halls, as possible modifications to the Spence and Webster design for the new parliamentary building as outlined in the May issue of Built Environment.
