§ Mr. McGuireasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the travel-to-work areas which have been granted special development, development or assisted area status since such schemes started, giving in each case the rate of unemployment at the time of the announcement of assistance and the current rate, both in numbers and expressed as a percentage.
