§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkI understand from my right hon. and noble Friend that the future of this establishment depends upon decisions that have not yet been made but which will not now be long delayed. In the circumstances it would be wrong of me to speculate publicly about the employment prospects of the employees in the establishment.
