Mr. Anthony HoyleThe Governor of Hong Kong announced important new development plans in his speech to the Legislative Council in October last. This demonstrates the confidence of the Government of Hong Kong and of Her366W Majesty's Government in the future of Hong Kong. I do not anticipate any change within the foreseeable future.
