§ Mr. OnslowHer Majesty's Government have handed over a draft for an air services agreement to the Government of the Chinese People's Republic. The Chinese are considering our draft. We look forward to making rapid progress in the negotiations when the Chinese are ready, and are maintaining contact to prepare for negotiations.
