§ 39. Mr. John Grantasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what action he has now taken arising from a letter to him from the hon. Member for Islington, East, dated 8th June 1971, asking him to exercise his powers under the 285W Companies Act in respect of Premo Enterprises (Voucher Sales) Limited.
§ Sir G. HoweThe inquiries in this matter were completed in September 1972. Inadequate evidence was found to justify prosecution. The company is now in voluntary liquidation and no further action is proposed.
