§ Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will seek to open discussions with the Portsmouth City Council designed to ensure that the Somers Town Health Centre can be speedily completed despite the recent cessation of work following the appointment of an official receiver-manager by the contractors' bankers.
§ Sir K. JosephI understand that the Portsmouth City Council is already taking action to ensure that the health centre is completed as soon as possible.
